At Sameer’s GAMSAT, we aim to keep payments simple, secure, and transparent. This Payment Policy outlines the methods we accept and our preferred options to help you avoid unnecessary transaction fees.


Preferred Payment Methods (No Fees)

We strongly encourage students to use the following fee-free options when paying for our courses:

  • Bank Transfer – Direct deposit to our business account (details provided upon enrolment).

  • PayID – Instant payment using our phone number [+61469808832].

✅ These methods are our preferred options because they do not incur any transaction fees for you or for us.
✅ They are also secure, fast, and easy to use.


Other Accepted Payment Methods

We also accept the following third-party payment platforms, which are available for your convenience:

  • PayPal – Secure online payments using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card.

  • Stripe – Credit/debit card payments processed through our secure online portal.

⚠️ Please note: These platforms may apply transaction or service fees. While we accept these options, we kindly ask students to use bank transfer or PayID when possible to help keep costs down for everyone.


Payment Timing and Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to the start of the course, unless a payment plan has been arranged and agreed upon in writing.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been received and your enrolment is secured.

  • If paying via Stripe or PayPal, allow up to 1 business day for confirmation due to third-party processing delays.


Receipts and Invoices

  • A receipt or tax invoice is available upon request.
