• Sharing account credentials or resources with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and can result in account termination without refund.

Conduct and Participation

• Students must maintain respectful conduct during all interactive sessions, including online classes and group discussions.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from courses without a refund.

Content and Liability

• Sameer’s GAMSAT strives to ensure accuracy and relevance of all materials; however, occasional inaccuracies may occur, and we do not assume liability for errors or omissions.
• Students are encouraged to cross-reference provided educational materials with official resources.

Amendments

• Sameer’s GAMSAT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with notification provided to active students.

Agreement Acceptance

• By enrolling in Sameer’s GAMSAT courses, students explicitly agree to comply with all outlined terms and conditions.
